I really love how straightforward this is. And I love that you&#039;re drawing a critical distinction here that is all too often missed in our fun little fishbowl. :)

The tools are just the mechanism. Just the means. Some will stay, some will change, some will go away entirely. What&#039;s at issue is taking the *intent* of the tools and the means, and applying it uniquely to your business to further specific goals that are applicable to you. That&#039;s where the hard work is, of course, but it&#039;s the only part that really matters. The rest is just trappings. And the meat of the answer - the knowledge - is going to be different for everyone.
