Business week’s recent focus on ‘Innovation Economics’ is an awesome issue on the latest Economics trend du jour. While innovation is nothing new to mankind, the accelerated pace has impact across every industry.
A whole new range of technologies is now at our fingertips to help us leverage and push innovation in new directions – social media is one of the the best of these building blocks to connect and engage larger groups of people and have them focus on specific topics.
Starbucks, WebEx , and others are leveraging the power of community to engage with their clients and to improve their products. These thought leaders are tapping into a remarkable innovation engine – I would love to hear how others are using social media as a catalyst for innovation.
